1. Reservation Policy
- Online table reservation requests made through our website are subject to confirmation.
- A reservation is only confirmed once a representative from the respective outlet contacts you via phone and provides confirmation.
- The restaurant reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, overbooking, or operational requirements.
2. Arrival & Seating
- Guests are requested to arrive at the restaurant at the reserved time.
- Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the confirmed reservation time, after which the reservation may be released.
3. Special Requests
- While we try to accommodate special requests (seating preferences, dietary requirements, etc.), these cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
4. Cancellations & No-Show
- If you are unable to attend your reservation, please inform the outlet at the earliest.
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to make future reservations.
5. Pricing & Payment
- Menu prices, offers, and promotions displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- All payments for food and beverages will be settled directly at the restaurant.
6. Conduct & Rights of Admission
- The restaurant reserves the right of admission.
- Any kind of misconduct, damage to property, or disruptive behavior may result in denial of service.
